AxisPlay is a startup company developing unique and compelling multiplayer games for mobile devices and social media platforms. Our goal is to enhance social interactions on mobile devices through games. We are currently seeking talent to join our development team of highly motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
• Apply expert knowledge of programming and software development towards the creation and implementation of new applications and games.
• Design all aspects of new games and products, and pitch new ideas for implementation.
• Mentor and assist fellow developers.
• Play a leading role in the design and development of new applications.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Revise plans and schedules pro-actively.
• Ability to define and set time tables for tasks and projects, and maintain those time tables.
• Understand current technologies and standards used by the group, and provide leadership.
• Design and implement new applications.

Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience/discipline.
• 2-4 years programming experience.
• 1-3 years of game design experience or at least 1 shipped game.
• Extensive programming knowledge is required. Must be able to build games using C++/C#, Java, or Flash.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Passion for playing online games.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain and manage schedules.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Motivation to make an impact immediately.
• Experience with social media or mobile device apps strongly preferred.
